Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, your privacy will only be disturbed by passing water craft, dolpins, sea turtles or the occasional whale during the cooler months.
The house sleeps max. 8 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 x Queen beds 2 x Single beds and 1 x Single bunk set located in the living room. There is 1 bathroom (shower only) separate toilet and all rooms are insect screened and equipped with ceiling fans and an air-conditioner in the living area for summer comfort.
The large covered outdoor entertainment deck faces the water with expansive bay views and a gas BBQ. Importantly, the yard is fully fenced including a pool-safe fence across the waterfront making the property toddler friendly. Off-street parking (not undercover) with easy street access is available for multiple vehicles and boat(s) in the large yard.
