A centrally positioned open plan kitchen - with dishwasher, gas stovetop and dining, family lounge with split system and log fire, separate entertaining lounge/theatre room with north-facing windows, main bedroom with ensuite and WIR. At the other end, two bedrooms, a large full bathroom with a separate toilet, and a tucked-away laundry.
The home has Chrome Cast so bring all your favourite series along on holidays or watch one of the home's extensive collections of DVDs. Also, there ar plenty of board games for you to enjoy.
Area 51 is pet friendly; we have t kennels and kitty litter trays for your convenience and your loved one's comfort.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
